Job Brief:
We are looking for Project Executive / Senior Project Executive / Assistant Manager (Delegation & Training) for our organization that specializes in corporate training and overseas business mission trips. The successful candidate should be an independent individual who can manage all administrative, project management and business development work with minimal supervision. On-the-job and specialized training are part of benefits of this role. The role will potentially travel overseas for short term overseas assignments. Experienced and capable candidate will be considered for higher positions. This role has high ample career progression for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients’ programme OIC, government officials, visiting organisations, tour agencies and other stakeholders pertaining to administrative arrangements
- Search, connect and liaise with potential organisations to explore corporate visits and other collaborations
- Liaise with speakers / potential speakers to explore sharing sessions
- Handle all administrative and operational matters pertaining to clients’ programme needs. This will include booking of training venues, refreshing catering, lunch arrangements, liaison with tour guide and tour agencies, planning on R&R activities and other matters
- Follow, lead and guide client delegations during programme runs
- Do translation and interpretation (between English and Chinese) for daily tasks and during delegation visits
- Do write up and simple design for social media channels (i.e. Wechat, Facebook) and be able to film short video clips and do minor edits
- Independent individuals, who can handle daily operations without minimal supervision, will be considered for Senior roles
Requirements:
- Preferably 2-4 years of working experience and preferably in professional corporate training / government or related sectors
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply for the entry level position
- Preferably minimally Junior College / Polytechnic or equivalent level and above
- Experience and knowledge of working with local and overseas corporate organisations, government bodies will be an added advantage
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin
- Demonstrate independent programme / project management and administrative skill sets
- Capable of handling multiple projects at one-time
- Capable of handling different partners / stakeholders at one-time
- Self-motivated and comfortable in working in fast-paced environment
