We are hiring a production manager for our catering arm.
Requirements:
-At least 3 least experience in catering or food production facility
-Experience in both hot and cold kitchen
-At least 3 years experience in western pastry production
-Experience in project management
-Able to work on weekend and public holidays
-Able to work in rotational 24 hours shift
-Experience in managing entire production facilty management including, rostering, QC, menu creation, inventory management, logistics
