Job Description:
As the Director of Breeze Living PTE LTD, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, from identifying new properties to ensuring smooth operations for tenants. Your key responsibilities include:
Property Acquisition & Management:
- Proactively search for and identify suitable properties for rental and investment purposes.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with landlords to secure properties for company leasing.
- Handle all legal aspects related to property agreements, including signing contracts with landlords and tenants.
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and execute tenancy agreements with landlords and tenants, ensuring all terms comply with legal requirements.
- Ensure renewal of leases or transition of new tenants is handled smoothly and efficiently.
Tenant Relations & Property Maintenance:
- Manage tenant relations, including onboarding, handling concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the rental period.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure the maintenance of properties and services, addressing any repairs or issues promptly.
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s property portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize the profitability of rented properties.
Service Management:
- Oversee the overall service quality provided to tenants, including property cleanliness, repairs, and amenities.
- Ensure efficient communication with tenants and service providers to maintain a high standard of living for occupants.
