About the Role
This is a 12-month contract role.
Crux Topsides Process Engineer supports Crux Lead Process engineer in:
- Provide process engineering support during construction, commissioning, and startup
- Resolve design issues during execution phase when any arrises
- Perform P&ID line walk and support the development of As-Built draw
- Assist to resolve multi-discipline engineering issues related to design and execution phases
- Perform Unisim dynamic simulation runs to support startup and operating procedures development
Job Requirements
- The position requires a candidate with ~ 5 years Process Engineering experience in offshore, upstream/midstream operational assets and / or project delivery
- Holds at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in Process/Chemical engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent collaboration and team working skills
- Demonstrate visible HSSE leadership and champion Goal Zero
Skills & Competencies Required
- Knowledge of design & operational aspects of upstream / midstream gas & condensate processing facilities
- Knowledge of Formal Safety Assessments a.o. HAZOP/HAZID/SIL assessment.
- Knowledge of PEFS, Process Safeguarding Flow Scheme (PSFS), Process Safeguarding Memorandum and Startup, Operating and Shutdown philosophy
- Provide Process engineering support on main process and vendor package design
- Provide support to developing operating procedures and manuals
