Identify demand and potential markets for products and services that the organization may offer. Also, to plan fresh programs to generate new interest in products & services.
Work in tandem with directors, finance, sales, and other staff to develop strategies and materials to acquire and retain customers.
Expected to direct programs that combine advertising with purchasing incentives and target them to customers in media, in displays, or at events to increase sales.
