What a Program Manager does in HP:

  • We are searching for an Engineering Program Manager to work across in SEA and the West Coast, to coordinate and drive manufacturing ramp and stabilization works.
  • You be expected to seam together key contributing areas in production outs, planning capacity, cost at the E2E system, leading to successful ramp and stabilization goals.
  • Your roles include running director-level group meetings, maintaining schedules & issues lists, and coordinating and leading activities and handoffs across departments and organizations.
  • You shall actively interact and influence key stakeholders, meeting 1:1 regularly, representing your organization and speaking up, and getting feedback for everyone and integrate into overall master program.

Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Typical more than 6 years experience in Program Management or People Manager.
  • Strong initiative, excellent judgment, making recommendations to sustainable policies and practices.
  • Strong peoples' skill, interpersonal relationship, ability to work across cultures, and different job levels, including senior executives.
  • High sense of accountability and responsibility, ability to identify gaps promptly and take effective actions and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience program management, demonstrated skills in managing high complexity, risk assessment and managing mitigations.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong executive presence.
