The Job
- Oversee all project management aspects, ensuring operational and administrative procedures are followed.
- Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, costs, and documentation.
- Lead construction planning efforts, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to maintain progress per the schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
- Monitor project adherence to the company's ISO system and relevant standards.
- Manage subcontractors' submissions of method statements, drawings, materials, and mock-ups, ensuring they align with company directives.
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge in project management, including planning, cost control, and documentation.
- Experience with MEP/DfMA drawings (Revit, AutoCAD, IFC, etc.).
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, and resolve project-related issues.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with experience using tools like Microsoft Teams and Email.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure work progress aligns with established KPIs.
