RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Work Associate (SWA) works in varied practice contexts where he/she offers support in welfare, case co-ordination and renders supportive counselling to the community. SWA works with Social Workers to ensure clients are well-served and programmes are executed, and objectives are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating casework, groupwork and community development activities and programmes, supporting community events and performing administrative functions
- Support the planning and implementation of programmes at the centre
- Assist in providing interventions and evaluations for programmes conducted
- Support community outreach activities and group work
- Possess Diploma in Social Work or other relevant qualifications from an accredited institution. Other discipline can be considered.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years prior experience in Social Service Sector
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
