ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning and implementation of the project from working with Creative, Research, and Development on materials to use, fabrication and installation.
- Take charge to appoint the most appropriate suppliers and contractors that can deliver quality work and best pricing.
- Identify the resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities; ensuring that the project is delivered according to specified standards and within agreed schedule.
- Manage project budget and cost management.
- Be client-facing and be accountable for identifying client requirements and proactively managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables by keeping communication with client and engaging them with a positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, as you are the connection between client and team.
- Able to read technical drawings and understand production requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
