Reporting to the Radiology Manager, you will be responsible for the overseeing the nursing team in the imaging centre:
Supervisory Duties:
- Responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the nursing team in imaging centre to ensure high standards of nursing care and compliance to quality systems and procedures.
- Provide supervisory guidance and support to nursing team in the delivery of quality nursing service to patients according to professional nursing standards.
- Provide ongoing training to new and existing nursing staff to enhance nursing standards.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluation of nurses’ performance to ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Evaluate and enhance existing SOPs in nursing team to improve overall nursing quality.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Clinical Duties:
- Provide high-level of nursing care to patients in imaging centre and adhere to clinical protocols and standards.
- Provide nursing assistance and perform IV cannulations where required for MRI/CT/PET cases and assist Anesthetist in sedation cases.
- Explain and advise clinical procedures to patients and/or family members.
- Monitor inventory for medical supplies such as drugs and other consumables and replenish items when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
- Work closely with radiographers and other stakeholders to ensure a productive and efficient working relationship.
- Involved in the application of MOH licensing for the imaging facility when required.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading a nursing team.
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
- Full registration with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Possess initiative and integrity, good leadership skills and result-driven.
- Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
