Full-time Position
Location: Tampines (Transport Provided @ Serangoon, Woodlands, Jurong East etc.)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
Salary: Basic up to $3200 + Benefits + Bonuses
Job Scope:
- Handle order processing and fulfillment for the warehouse to ensure smooth & prompt delivery.
- Reply to emails from customers on enquiries, feedback and order placements.
- Prepare customer's reports and maintain database of customers in the system.
Requirement:
- Relevant customer service experience in warehousing or logistics would be advantageous.
- Singaporean or PR only.
