Responsibilities:
- Oversee full spectrum of HR such as manpower planning, recruitment, salary administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations/engagement
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives; HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall organisation strategy
- Assess training needs and oversee learning and development of employees
- Anticipate and provide consultative advice in addressing employee and organisational needs, which include manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, career development and exit management
- Drive strategies and deliver initiatives to enhance employee engagement in CCF, playing a key role in the design, review and implementation of OD initiatives which may include organisational climate survey, work-life initiatives, dialogue sessions, focus group discussions and corporate events
- Manage stakeholders’ relations such as the Board and HR Committee
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 5-8 years of relevant managerial experience
- Experience working in non-profitable organization would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed, self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task
