Job Overview:
Primech A & P Pte. Ltd. is a leading facilities services provider in Singapore, with a workforce of over 3,000 employees. Our company has extended our services to a wide range of sectors including hotels, educational institutions, airports, and town councils amongst others.
We are looking for a passionate individual to join us as an Operations Executive who will be handling residential projects and other operations assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations
- Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
- Support and follow up on clients’ requests
- Conduct checks and safety risk assessments
- Resolving all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or related field
- Must have Class 3 driving license (company van provided)
- 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning/facilities management industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team
