Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operations and functionalities of facilities and buildings.
- Scheduling of routine maintenance of facilities including electrical power, lighting, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems and generators.
- Troubleshooting any electrical issues within the facilities and address the issue promptly.
- Supervise junior facilities staff and train them on safety procedures.
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
- Perform any duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- With related working experience in electrical system, preferably in fire protection or facilities management
- Good hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and servicing industrial equipment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
