Location : New Bridge Road - A Division (Cantonment Complex)


Position: Temp Executive - investigation support and administrative functions -8 pax


The details of the job request are as follows:

To perform various investigation support and administrative functions at investigation branches.


Employment Duration - A period of 12 months expected to be between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025, or earlier.


Working hours : Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm excluding public holidays (ie 40 hour work week)


Candidate Requirements

a. Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident;

b. Must not be a subject of an ongoing criminal investigation at the time of application for the job;

c. Was not terminated from service from the Singapore Police Force or any civil service;

d. Observe confidentiality at all times for all documents and information received and handled during the course of work;

e. Possess at least Diploma / A’level qualifications, and will be assessed based on a mixture of experience, aptitude and qualifications; Maximum salary budget is $3,750 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

f. Preference for candidates with relevant working experience in law enforcement agencies

g. Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently;

h. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written)

i. Understand simple legal documents, for the purpose of attending to work assignments;

j. Possess basic computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office applications, and comfortable with learning and using computerized investigation management systems;

k. Be flexible and adaptable to any process changes;


Job Description

a. Prepare relevant documents and letters as requested by police officers;

b. File and/or duplicate Court documents, media files, and other documents;

c. Process completed investigation case files for filling;

d. Proofread documents/transcripts to check for accuracy;

e. Answer calls from members of public and re-direct calls to the relevant officers;

f. Liaise with members of public for appointments with police officers;

g. Administrative processing of case exhibits;

h. Any other administrative tasks, such as planning unit-level events, collating KPIs, etc;
