Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling customer transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and providing accurate change.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Efficiently process sales transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ensure adherence to established cash handling procedures and policies.
  • Maintain organized records of daily transactions.
  • Address customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in reconciling the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions and provide receipts to customers.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum O-Levels
  • No minimum experience needed
  • Experience in cashiering would be an advantage
  • Must be able to work shift hours
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
