Job Description:
- Oversees technical operations and supports daily maintenance needs, ensuring smooth facility management.
- Supervising, planning, and organizing a team of on-site contractors for maintenance works.
- Manages and supervises maintenance activities, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and ensures quality workmanship.
- Investigating, checking, and analyzing reported breakdowns and faults to prevent future occurrences.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, conducts inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly, and implements corrective actions.
- Supervising upgrading projects when required.
- Assists in planning and executing technical aspects of renovation or upgrade projects.
- Carrying out regular inspections of facilities and systems.
- Conducts regular inspections of building systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Establishing a good working rapport with stakeholders.
- Provides technical support and communicates effectively with team members, vendors, and management.
- Processing and monitoring incoming invoices, ensuring proper expense coding, and avoiding duplicate billing.
Requirements:
- Diploma in maintenance/facility/mechanical/electrical/real estate management/ Civil/ Structural or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in handling government project would be an advantage
- Short notice or able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
