Job Description:
The Sales Assistant will support the sales manager in a variety of tasks to help drive business development and maintain strong client relationships. Specific responsibilities include:
- Assisting the sales manager in organizing customer information, following up on sales opportunities, facilitating sales orders, and completing related marketing tasks.
- Communicating regularly with partner clients to build long-term relationships and understand their needs.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports.
- Managing the sales and promotion of company products.
- Collecting market information within the designated area and conducting competitor analysis.
- Attending product training sessions regularly to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Handling additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and keen market judgment for business development.
- Sharp commercial and marketing awareness, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent resource integration for business growth.
- Basic skills in sales and product promotion.
- Ability to handle high-intensity work, with strong stress tolerance, a positive mindset, and an optimistic attitude.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong command of office software.
