Customer Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Support service parts inventory management.
- Maintain balanced inventory consistent with service requirement and targets.
- Support inventory forecasting and ordering.
- Ensure timely parts stock-up for new models via recommendation from technical team.
- Update and maintain spare parts pricing.
- Process orders from parts distributors.
- Support technical team and service partners on spare parts related matters including processing of the spare parts warranty claims, provide weekly ETA update on spare parts shortage and etc.
- Process returned defective parts and main units.
- Monitor the Demo unit movement operation by Demo coordinator, ensure the Demo write off and disposal exercise is carried out quarterly and carry out stock check for demo units.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, administration or related field.
- Preferable those with experience in parts management and forecasting especially in small item SKUs.
- Organized and meticulous in dealing with large data.
