JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Prepare and regularly (weekly) submit reports and maintain records
- Manage the quality assurance/quality control function on-site on various project phases.
- Ensure that the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements are implemented by the sub-contractor on site and the particular hold points required are coordinated with the Project Team.
- Review Inspection, Test, Plans as submitted by the sub-contractor’s and ensure compliance with authorities/client's requirements.
- Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance.
- Monitoring and checking calibration of plants, equipment and testing instruments.
- Monitoring plant conditions and material production during construction phase.
- Approval of source of materials, keeping track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works.
- Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals.
- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents
- Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan(PQP).
- Able to identifies problems, root cause & offers solutions.
- Experience in handling Conquas application procedure.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in civil engineering/construction relevant, regconised by PE Board
- 5 years experience or above with LTA project experience
- Proficient in CONQUAS
