Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and reporting of overall maintenance training planning & Shut Down Maintenance (SDM) planning.
- Plan, execute and reporting of Training plan, Weekly and Monthly report, and Staff appraisal.
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) development and implementation.
- Responsible for Daily PM/CM activities, drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters, monitor for new tools & technology and etc.
- Responsible for technicians' training & development of Safety Procedure.
- Responsible to ensure that equipment is properly designed, installed and equipment are performing effectively and efficiently.
- Maintains and advice on the use and disposition of spares, and Promotes equipment standardization.
- Establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
- Provides technical guidance for Predictive maintenance and consults with maintenance crafts workers on technical issues
- To optimize maintenance strategies and cost effective benefits.
- Responsible for ECR meeting, follow action items & process / Equipment Improvement.
- Responsible to liaise with the vendors related to technical works, issues & etc.
- Responsible to establish / maintain standards related to equipment, spare parts & etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in MNC Chemical Plant
- Self-disciplined, meticulous and resourceful
- Strong working knowledge of chemical process
- Familiar with ESH regulations.
- Computer-literate
- Good data analysis skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tact and high degree of integrity and strong planning skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
