- Create comprehensive training programs to enhance outlet staff skills and knowledge.
- Responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging displays to enhance the customer shopping experience. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure efficient execution of daily store tasks, including sales, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Implement strategies to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with store objectives to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure store operations align with company objectives and drive results.
- Be adaptable and adjust store operations and strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and meet evolving customer needs.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, including complaints, to identify areas for improvement.
- Create a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with headquarters and colleagues in other departments.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and take corrective action as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic / Aesthetic / Healthcare related field
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
- Works well independently and has strong operational skills
