Requirements
- Diploma with 3 years experience or related relevant work experience
- Team players who are can work in a fast-paced environment and keen to learn

Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for senior directors including agendas, email, client management and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Office support such as spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contacts database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Assist the Senior Leader in preparing for meetings by organizing materials, booking venues etc.
- Conduct data collection and analysis
- Prepare reports and presentation slides
- Organize engagement events by coordinating schedules and overseeing logistical arrangements
- Review and ensure timely processing of documents requiring the Senior Leader's approval
- Prepare and submit expense claims
- Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects
