Job Description:
- Handling IT asset inventory, including tracking, updating, and maintaining records of IT equipment and software licenses. Issuing and collecting of IT assets to employees, including laptops, desktops, and other devices. Performed without direct supervision, and without errors. All assets tracked and records maintained when assets are acquired re-allocated or disposed.
- Assisting with managing of solution products and product partners, including researching, evaluating, and recommending new products and services. Learn the technical aspects of designated solutions under the Innolex supported range of products.
- Assisting to manage software development projects, including communicating with clients, testing, debugging, and documenting software applications. Under the supervision of the Innolex responsible project manager provide project support as required. Ensure adequate project record keeping is maintained for purchasing. Ensure client questions and issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Assisting with product demonstrations and product-related support requests. Provide timely and well executed demonstrations of Innolex products. Address technical queries that arise from clients seeking to understand each solution.
- Assisting with process and workflow automation related projects. Utilise available automation tools to achieve efficiencies in work processes.
- Assisting with other business pillars work as needed. Platform support requirements may arise with Novusdemia
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in scripting languages and data analytics.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
