Senior Business Development Manager / Director [Asian Fruit Business, 5 Days, Up to $10k]

Location: Raffles

Work Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: Up to $10k per Month (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and implement the company's overall operational development plan and work objectives, ensuring the completion of performance targets set by the company.
2. Primarily responsible for the expansion, integration, and management of the Southeast Asian fruit business, with a focus on durians. Extend upstream and downstream business activities, establish, and maintain good customer relationships to gain a larger market share.
3. Responsible for business development and negotiations, exploring new markets, developing new business opportunities, independently handling customer development, maintenance, and management, controlling risks, closing deals, and maintaining long-term communication with customers to provide quality service.
4. Manage import, export, and re-export trade business in the Southeast Asian region, ensuring the achievement of the group’s profit targets.
5. Implement risk prevention and management, ensuring the legality of transactions and the safety of funds and goods.
6. Complete other business tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the Southeast Asian fruit industry, especially durians, with expertise in procurement and sales.
2. Experience working in large trading companies, supply chain companies, or warehousing and logistics enterprises, with established resources and channels.
3. Extensive practical business experience, outgoing and cheerful personality, passionate about work, with strong exploration ability, self-motivation, and excellent business negotiation skills.
4. At least 5 years of experience in fruit import and export trade, possessing a substantial volume of high-quality business resources, with mature business channels preferred.
5. Understanding of the import and export procedures and quality standards in the fruit industry, equipped with the necessary financial, financial, and trade knowledge for the business.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong team spirit, high sense of responsibility, ability to accept business trips, and strong stress tolerance.
