Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communications strategies and activities to support the property’s revenue goals
- Act as the brand champion for the property, enhancing the awareness of the property
- Plan, execute and manage lead generation and marketing campaigns, and track against goals
- Identify and develop potential partnership opportunities for events and casual leasing such as booking of event space and meeting facilities (e.g. function halls, meeting rooms, foyer spaces, rooftop garden etc)
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies including social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
- To proactively market the building’s advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the building
- Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar effectively on a timely manner
- To develop, track and manage the marketing budget
- Prepare periodical reports for Senior Management
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events
- Track, analyse and evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications activities and make recommendations to adjust marketing strategies
- Update and maintain the property’s A&P signages and website
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
- 5 years’ work experience in commercial events management and marketing communications would be preferred
- Experience in design, video editing software, and website & social media management will be an advantage
- Proven ability in execution of marketing and communications campaigns/ projects
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
- Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive, proactive, and thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment
