Assistant Manager, Events and Marketing Communications – Perennial Business City

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing communications strategies and activities to support the property’s revenue goals
  • Act as the brand champion for the property, enhancing the awareness of the property
  • Plan, execute and manage lead generation and marketing campaigns, and track against goals
  • Identify and develop potential partnership opportunities for events and casual leasing such as booking of event space and meeting facilities (e.g. function halls, meeting rooms, foyer spaces, rooftop garden etc)
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies including social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
  • To proactively market the building’s advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the building
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar effectively on a timely manner
  • To develop, track and manage the marketing budget
  • Prepare periodical reports for Senior Management
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events
  • Track, analyse and evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications activities and make recommendations to adjust marketing strategies
  • Update and maintain the property’s A&P signages and website
  • Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
  • 5 years’ work experience in commercial events management and marketing communications would be preferred
  • Experience in design, video editing software, and website & social media management will be an advantage
  • Proven ability in execution of marketing and communications campaigns/ projects
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
  • Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive, proactive, and thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills, creative and innovative
