Pay legitimate claims accurate and timely, deliver prompt and professional service to internal and external customers and embrace change at the work place for greater customer experience and operation efficiency.
The Job
1. Service oriented, deliver clear and timely communication to internal and external customers on claims outcome and liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate claims assessment.
2. Follow-up all claim requirements timely for timely closure.
3. Process claims accurately and timely within the required service standard, adhere to procedures and guidelines, risk and compliance, regulatory and legal matters.
4. Strive to acquire new knowledge and skills and embrace change at the work place to deliver great customer experience.
5. Transfer knowledge to others towards one stop claims service delivery.
6. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
7. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
8. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Our Requirements
• Diploma or Degree or Professional Insurance Qualification.
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office application.
• Positive and able to multi task.
Open for fresh graduates with good attitude and might change the role to more admin focus depending on the resources available.
