Job Summary:
- Lead a BIM team, including BIM Coordinators and Modelers, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to coordinate and produce shop drawings and documentation using BIM technologies.
- Establish and implement BIM plans, processes, and workflows to ensure that project requirements are met in construction projects.
- Strategically plan BIM execution for infrastructure and building projects.
- Develop training programs for BIM Coordinators and Modelers to enhance their proficiency in using BIM authoring tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate BIM execution across the project, involving both internal and external teams, as well as local and international BIM teams.
- Create and implement a BIM Execution Plan, with ongoing improvements to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop and apply a quality assurance plan and control system for BIM.
- Establish protocols for managing models and maintaining a BIM data archive, ensuring adherence to the quality assurance plan.
- Lead the implementation of BIM, focusing on modeling workflows, BIM usage, methodologies, and standards.
- Review BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Manage BIM processes, implementation, best practices, and tool utilization.
- Ensure timely and consistent delivery of project outputs.
- Coordinate the exchange and collaboration of BIM models with all project stakeholders.
- Monitor design progress to ensure it aligns with the project schedule.
- Participate in external meetings to support the project.
- Conduct regular system scans to maintain data security for BIM models.
- Collect, organize, and manage the submission and exchange of incoming BIM models.
