Overview:
- Play a crucial role in the team, leading the design and development of products from concept to production.
- Driving innovation, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Design high precision and high-tech automation equipment.
- Select components such as servo axes and robots based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with fabrication houses and component suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and components.
- Guide assembly technicians in building and testing the equipment.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement of products.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering and automation technology.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in automation equipment design.
- Knowledge and experience in factory automation is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in electrical, pneumatic, and sensor component selections.
- Proficient in SolidWorks 3D software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
