We are an e-commerce logistics company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong. We are expanding and are hiring a Sales Manager. We work five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of new Clients
- Servicing current Clients and maintaining a good relationship
- Arranging appointments, presenting business proposals to customers
- Handle inquiries on sales, quotation and service inquiries promptly
- Ensure continued maintenance of business and maximize the growth potential of the company
- Drive performance and achieve growth plan with sales activities aligned with the company’s direction
- Perform competitor and market analysis to formulate new strategies for business growth
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in Sales/Courier/Logistics/Warehousing/Import
- Good communication and negotiation skills (English and Chinese)
- Strong account development and management skills
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary $3500 onwards (Commensurate with experience)
- Mobile Allowance: $2.80/working day (approx $50-60/month)
- Performance Incentive: $300 monthly depends on good attendance & performance appraisal
- Meal Allowance $10 for days of working overtime
- 12 days Annual Leave per year
- Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care leave, Marriage leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave
- Quarterly performance reviews with salary adjustments
Working Hours: 5 days
- Mon to Thu - 9am to 7pm
- Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
- Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
