Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet performance goals and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, resolve any staff or customer concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering to ensure efficient operations without shortages.
- Handle financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.
- Implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue through promotions and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and menu standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
