We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues.
- Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting client expectations and industry benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional certification in construction management, such as CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other digital construction technologies.
