Admin Assist

Men'spool Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering and directing phone calls to relevant parties.
  2. Communicating with internal teams regarding project allocation, reports, and other matters.
  3. good time management, prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Maintaining an organized filing system for easy access to important documents.
  5. Assisting superiors in preparing documents, meeting minutes, and correspondence with colleagues and external contacts.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various administrative tasks.
  7. Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  8. Providing good customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Maintaining a neat and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
  10. Demonstrating strong communication skills in English and Maindrain, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  2. Able to communicate with China supplier
  3. Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience.
