Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant parties.
- Communicating with internal teams regarding project allocation, reports, and other matters.

- Maintaining an organized filing system for easy access to important documents.
- Assisting superiors in preparing documents, meeting minutes, and correspondence with colleagues and external contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various administrative tasks.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Providing good customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining a neat and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in English and Maindrain, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Able to communicate with China supplier
- Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience.
