Office Operations:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaning office stationery, equipment and facilities.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional and prompt responses.
- To maintain and assist in all company inventories such as salon, spa and office.
- HR Administration:
- Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer contracts and employee onboarding materials.
- Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening and coordinating / conducting interviews.
- Administer leave management system, ensuring accurate and timely processing (Knowledge in Infotech is advantageous)
- Maintain personnel records.
- Manage work pass application precedures and documentation requirements.
- Assist the process of employees' appraisal.
- Personal Assistance:
- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist in managing the MD's schedule, organising meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and applying for travel Visa.
- Handle general personal matters
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at leasta Diploma in Business Administration or eqivalent.
- With 2 years in HR and office admin operation experience or PA
- Possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
- Able to communicate and read in Chinese with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and documents.
- A self-motivated, self-driven, independent, studious and a good team player.
- Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
- Salary commensurate with working experience.
