Digital Experience Manager

You, as a Digital Experience Manager, will be the expert in experience optimization, leading the functions of site content, online visual merchandising, digital copywriting and customer insight/behaviour analytics. You will focus on the constant optimization/enhance of customer journey on sites, and make sure COS Brand ID and all detailed product information is well delivered to the customers.

You will also be responsible for customer behaviour study by data analytics.


What you will do:

  • Responsible for curating the digital experience of COS.com for the Southeast Asian markets, in addition to the Zalora SEA + HKTW marketplace.
  • Understand the product and marketing focuses from the Global and local Merchandising and Marketing Team, and lead DX team in seamlessly translating these insights into our website including but not limited to site content, visual communication and product presentation, thereby optimizing online selling.
  • Ensure that the COS e-commerce platform stays in line with COS aesthetics, visually balance the collection of products based on commerciality, branding, and seasonal trends
  • Constantly improve/optimize the online visual experience and drive the relevant KPI based on site performance data and customer behaviour
  • Understand the online customer’s expectations through behaviour & data analysis, and plan for the constant improvement of UX/website functionality by working closely with IT Team.
  • Build up both short-term and long-term strategies for A/B testing, personalization and other digital projects that are associated with the goals of customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate within your E-Commerce team to establish a customer journey that drives profitable E-Commerce selling towards the set targets and goals
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with other key online functions such as Digital Marketing and Online Merchandising to initiate local commercial plan to drive online business
  • Work closely with both internal and external business partner/agencies to secure the on-time and precise launch of all online products and content

What you need to succeed

  • Previous working experience in a Digital/User experience related role from brands, or marketplace platforms.
  • Prefer to fast fashion/ retail/ beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership, Strong data analytics skills
  • Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Google Analytics, A/B testing and content management tools.
  • Work with result-driven
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
  • Excellent problem solving & decision making abilities
  • Able to work flexibly, multi-task and determine key priorities

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full time permanent contract based at our regional office in Singapore.
