Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to identify their needs
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Review Contract agreements
- Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
- Assigning work to subcontractors
- Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved
- Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
- Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
- Ensuring that clients get value for their money
- Advising on the maintenance costs of specific buildings
- Submitting regular budget reports
- Following building regulations and health and safety
- Working at a client’s business, in an office or on a construction site.
- Provide administrative support in Admin and Accounts functions
Requirement:
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
- Friendly and pleasant personality
- Willing to learn
Salary : S$2800-3800
Working days :5 days
Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm
