Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks an administratively strong Executive Officer at the Centre for Lifelong Education (CLE).

Established in 2005, NAFA’s Centre for Lifelong Education is Singapore’s leading institute for continuing education and training in arts, design and media. Its courses offer opportunities to upskill, reskill and develop new hobbies, through our short courses and certificate courses.


Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the incumbent would involve providing administrative support to ensure CLE’s smooth operations, including handling course and workshop enquiries and maintaining student records.

In addition, you would also be assisting in course timetable planning, coordinating with colleagues and external parties for facilities and logistics, and liaising with stakeholders to keep courses on schedule.

The role also involves coordinating marketing efforts for courses and workshops, and producing marketing collaterals. The position requires collaborating with colleagues and lecturers to advise learners on suitable courses to meet their learning objectives, as well as performing other ad-hoc duties as needed.


Requirements & Qualifications

You should possess a Diploma qualification in any discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in a marketing administrative environment.


In addition, you should be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues, possess good organisational and coordination skills, and be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


To succeed in this role, you should also be proficient in MS Office Suite and technologically flexible. In addition, the role may require availability for extended hours and weekend work.
