Job Responsibilities
- Handle the full end-to-end-recruitment process inclusive of onboarding and off-boarding (e.g. job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding orientation, exit clearance)
- Administration of employee profiles and movements such as promotion, secondment, resignation
- Assist in the application and tracking of renewal and cancellation of work passes using MOM Portal
- Checking of agencies timesheets and invoices
- Submission of quarterly manpower survey from Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative work such preparation of letters such as acceptance of resignation, termination, promotion and other personnel related letters.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as policy updates, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee the insurance claims processing.
- Payroll processing and IR8A submission
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirement
- GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- At least 3 years of payroll experience; experience with payroll migration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software is a plus.
