Human Resource Specialist - Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business operations by building a candidate pipeline and participating in sourcing activities for open positions.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of hiring and onboarding activities, including system setup, new hire induction, and maintaining the employee database.
  • Contribute to the development of a winning HR team by ensuring efficient data management and supporting HR reporting requests.
  • Provide direct support to employees in implementing HR services, policies, and programs while ensuring compliance.
  • Assist with administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.


Academic Requirement:

  • Open to graduating students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Communications, or similar fields.


Minimum Relevant Experience:

  • No prior experience is required, but internship or relevant part-time work in HR is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail with accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Works collaboratively within a team and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Upholds high standards of confidentiality and ethical behaviour.
