Job details:

  • Contract Duration: 1 Year
  • Working hrs: Mon to Fri Office hrs
  • Location: Alexandra Rd
  • Salary: UP $2.4K


Job Scope:-

  • Plan, curate/organise relevant programmes and materials to strengthen employee well-being and build an engaged workforce.
  • Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of the programmes which includes venue booking/preparation, registration and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure timely processing of payment to vendors for services rendered and proper accounting records of the transactions.
  • Work with the Learning & Development team to: Curate and organise learning programmes to equip supervisors on the know-hows on supporting their officers’ well-being.
  • Provide administrative support for in-house learning programmes (e.g. orientation for new officers)
