Purpose of the role
As an Account Executive, you will work alongside Account Managers and Account Directors on a wide range of briefs, which, depending on the client, may cover data, creativity and technology.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing projects from initial briefing to delivery of agreed deliverables
- Being responsible for ensuring that all administrative requirements are met – this may include creating and updating cost estimates, timing plans, contact reports, invoicing, financial forecasts and reconciliation reports
- Ensuring and measuring the profitability of projects which you lead on
- Ensuring that all relevant members of the agency team are aware of your project, strategy, and deliverables and that they are all aligned
- Ensuring that the client experience is excellent across our diverse services
- Maintaining clear communication with clients to agree on deliverables and manage multiple projects from start to finish
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Educated to degree level and/or relevant experience
- Good understanding of the fundamentals of marketing practice
- Ability to juggle multiple projects ensuring delivery on time/budget and exceeding client expectations
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and deadline driven
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent PowerPoint skills – formatting, pagination, proofing, and copy writing
- Able to take a brief to collate and produce written materials such as proposals, reports and reviews
- Passion and enthusiasm for solving clients' challenges with insight, ideas and innovation
- Confident in collaborating with both internal and client teams at different levels of seniority
- Excellent communicator and confident presenter
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Role Requirements
- Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 5:30pm, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
- You will be expected to join and contribute to meetings (in person and remotely) with internal and external stakeholders.
- As well as regular time in the office (2+ days per week), you’ll be expected to travel to other locations, such as client offices or partner locations.
- The Account Executive will be expected to attend regular 1:1’s with their direct line manager to provide meaningful and useful updates, all the while being able to discuss other topics openly.
