- Lead housekeeping team and performing various cleaning duties
- Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Experience in hotel and restorant kitchen cleaning & house keeping
- Experience with Disinfection services (An Advantage)
- Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager
- Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE according to SOP
- Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables
- Gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc
- Other duties as assigned
