Key responsibilities
· Promote and represent Acclime’s services to prospective clients in Singapore.
· Identify, track, and actively follow up on new business leads to drive deal closures.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, arranging meetings to explore their needs and how our services can support them.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns and participate in industry events to enhance Acclime's presence and brand recognition.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and provide actionable insights to the team.
· Increase the value proposition for existing clients while developing strategies to attract new clients.
Performance Assessment:
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
· Successfully develop new accounts and market opportunities.
· Support marketing initiatives and event management to promote Acclime’s services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in business development or sales within the corporate services sector, with a particular focus on the Singapore market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of corporate, accounting, tax, and advisory services in Asia, with in-depth knowledge of the Singaporean business landscape.
- Strong track record of working towards and achieving KPIs aligned with company goals.
- Comfortable to mingle and communicate with key decision makers, CXOs and UHNW private clients a must.
- Understands the business priorities of an entrepreneur, startup and an established organization a must.
- Seasoned in managing regional engagement with ease working in a multicultural setting.
- Diligent on administrative work and have a structured approached to all situations.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Outstanding communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with an outgoing personality.
