Description:
- Perform front-desk duties such as registration of patients, appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Attend to enquiries.
- Billing and collection of payments.
- Administrative duties such as claims submission.
- Assist nurses & radiographers as required.
- Deliver high quality of patient care experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- 5.5 days workweek (One Saturday off per month after confirmation).
- Able to work overtime.
- Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
