Job Summary -:
To achieve budgeted sales volumes by expanding customer base and providing effective and efficient customer/agent management.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Business & Customer Development
i) To increase customer data base
ii) To canvas and secure new accounts
iii) To promote import/export services offered by ECU Worldwide
iv) Manage and develop existing customer by increasing the trade volume
v) To visit customers as per set targets weekly/monthly
vi) Ensure the profile of customers are maintained and updated so as customer service assistant may contact them on regular basis
vii) Monitor and follow up on tele calls made by CS on a weekly basis so as ensure business is generated
viii) Ensure service level is maintained for existing customers
ix) Prepare monthly sales plan and discuss with the team
x) Perform market research to develop market intelligence data base and pricing
- Day to Day Operation
i) To prepare quotations as requested by the customer
ii) Manage volume fluctuation of customer and cover lost accounts
iii) Prepare and manage sales campaigns
iv) Manage and monitoring the CS assistants by providing them with customer information and follow up on tele calling for new and existing customers
v) To review and prepare monthly performance sales performance report and present report in the monthly sales meeting
Requirement -:
1) Minimum educational qualification required ‘O’ level or diploma
2) Prefer with min 2 years experience in our line (NVOCC, Freight Forwarding)
3) A great attitude and self motivated individual
4) Excellent written and communication skills
5) Intermediate computer skills
