Job Responsibilities:
-Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and

-Manage a team of service engineers, sales engineer, and administrator.
-Ensure service engineers meet client’s expectations.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
-Provide leadership and guidance to sales organization.
-Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide
technical support, and address concerns.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and
potential threats.
-Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve
efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and
distributors.
-Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales operations, contracts, and
customer engagements.
Job Requirements:
-Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
-Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in sales and business development
within the semiconductor industry.
-Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products,
technologies, and market trends.
-Understand semiconductor manufacturing process and able to identify needs
and requirements of clients, and come out with proposal of solutions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal
stakeholders and customers.
-Ability to set strategic goals, develop sales plans, and execute effective sales
strategies.
-Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,
partners, and distributors.
-Customer-centric approach to identify and understand customer needs,
providing tailored solutions.
-Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the
organization.
