Responsibilities
- Attend to all intakes of customers' cars for repairs and servicing
- Vehicle intake and perform daily service sales of service product and upsell
- Administer all documentations for costings, claims and vehicle service history
- Prepare job orders as to customers' needs
- Ensure all customers' issues and complaints are resolved effectively and promptly
- Be attentive to all customer’s needs and requests pertaining to the service for the vehicle
- Job progress follow up and recommendation of any additional jobs required when necessary.
- Responsible to perform daily insurance claims intake, assist customer in Accident Reporting, process
Insurance Claims as per GIA Motor claim framework. - Ready vehicle delivery and post purchase following up
- Proactive high standard of customer service to maximum satisfaction
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications
- Minimum GCE “N” level or Nitec in Automotive Trade.
- Preferably 1 year of experience as Service Advisor in automotive industry or 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Team player with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Possess a pleasing personality and be able to attend to customers courteously.
