Job Description:
An Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for selling automotive insurance policies to customers. The role involves interacting with potential and existing clients over the phone, via email, or through other digital communication channels to understand their insurance needs, provide appropriate product recommendations, and close
sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customer via phone, email, or other digital communication channels to understand their insurance needs.
- Attend to customer inquiries, assist with policy renewals and provide support with any insurance-related questions.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all interactions, policy details, and sales activities recorded in database.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive insurance products, industry trends, and sales techniques to better serve customers.
- Perform assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Administration, Business or its equivalent.
- At least 1 years' work experience in a similar capacity preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- 5 days’ work week
