looking for a visionary and dynamic Business Development Director to spearhead our growth and market expansion strategies. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company's brand presence. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with the ability to align business strategies with market trends and client demands. Your leadership will be key in driving the company’s financial success and ensuring a competitive edge in Singapore’s wellness and fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development: Craft and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and strategic partners to drive collaborative growth.
  • Revenue & Sales Growth: Set and achieve sales and revenue targets by leveraging new business opportunities and enhancing client relations.
  • Brand Growth: Work closely with marketing teams to elevate the brand through innovative campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key clients to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to ensure objectives are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
    Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a significant advantage.
  • Skills:Strong analytical and market research skills, with a sharp ability to anticipate industry trends.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at building relationships and closing deals.
    Proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth.
    Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Personal Attributes:Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with a keen interest in the industry.
