about the role
- Assist to support and ensure smooth daily Loans Operations
- Double up as Checker for the team when the team lead is away
- Ensure that SOPs are reviewed and updated
- Liaise with Korean-speaking counterparts and stakeholders on a daily basis
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of Operations experience within the Banking industry
- Knowledge in Loans Operations will be an advantage
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Korean language as this role requires you to liaise with Korean-speaking stakeholders on a daily basis
